About Us
Unboxed is a wellbeing hub in Folkestone – a welcoming and supportive space. It is a place where people can work, rest, create, and play in balance, guided by the five pillars of wellbeing: Connect, Be Active, Learn, Give, and Take Notice.
We aim to welcome those who often feel marginalised or on the fringes of society, including creatives, neurodivergent individuals, and anyone who doesn’t fit neatly into a box. Through wellbeing guidance, yoga, mindfulness, workshops, business support, and casual networking events, we help people realise their goals, launch new projects, grow side hustles, or simply improve their mental and physical wellbeing.
Accessibility, inclusivity and equity are central to our work. We offer affordable workshops, classes, talks, pop-up events, and creative opportunities.
Unboxed is a community, a sanctuary, and a space of possibility. It nurtures connection, creativity, and wellbeing, helping everyone to feel seen, supported, and inspired.
This is where people come to find balance, belong, and thrive, a place where both individuals and the wider Folkestone community can flourish.

All profits are reinvested into the community, ensuring that our offerings remain affordable and accessible. As soon as people walk through the doors, we want them to feel calm, at ease, and like they belong. Connection and community run through everything we do.
