We’re looking for a passionate partner to set up and run a cafe within our vibrant new premises. It’s a fantastic chance to build your own brand as part of a supportive community.

The Space

Approx 400 sq. ft. of flexible space
Prime Location: Central Folkestone – 1 minute walk from The Leas.
Sunshine Potential: There’s even space for outside seating to soak up the town centre atmosphere!
Ready made community hub with built in foot fall
A Fresh Start: We’ll handle the decorating so you have a clean canvas; you’ll just need to bring your own style with the fit-out and furnishings.
Room to expand: There is additional rentable space available if you have a creative idea for it.

The Deets

Simple Rent: £900 per month—and that includes all your utilities, so no surprise bills to worry about!
The Commitment: A straightforward 12-month contract.
